SOLUTIONS TO TREAT THE PERSISTENT SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19
Great fatigue, shortness of breath, brain fog, heartburn, loss of smell and taste, joint pain, dizziness, feeling of chest tightness, depression, erectile dysfunction. These are the symptoms of long Covid that are still being felt weeks after being struck down by the virus and hampering everyday life.
Emergency physicians estimate that millions people will consult, many of them urgently, in front of these symptoms which can create a feeling of panic or distress.

Fortunately, specific solutions exist to deal with this:
-diet
-physical activity (with a specific program)
-relaxation
-olfactory rehabilitation
are the keys to good recovery.

Here is the very first REHAB COVID fitness program developed by Dr Nicolas Barizien, Head of the Foch Hospital - Dpt Physical Medicine, and adapted by Dr Laurent Uzan of the Medical Sport and Health Institute (IMSS). Innovative and complete, it allows - in 8 weeks - to find a physical condition "as before".

WITH:
• simple and clear medical explanations to understand the symptoms
• self-diagnosis to assess the disorders
• exercises illustrated step by step to strengthen
• examples of menus for a balanced diet
• a toolbox including SMELL-REHAB to regain taste & smell
• patient testimonials
