DOLPHIN IN THE SOUL
HOW TO GO FROM STRESS TO HAPPINESS HORMONES

What is this bond by which, from the dawn of time, unites the dolphins, the people of the sea, to the people of the earth, a catalyst bond for human development? Would the dolphin be the model of the human being of tomorrow? This book offers an original and accessible approach to the scientific analysis of stress and burn-out and therapy accompanied by wild dolphins. They were able to develop ultimate performance and happiness capabilities, long before we did. The author’s recent research on secreted hormones shows us the four hormones of happiness: Serotine, dopamine, endorphins and especially oxytocin, the love hormone. Therapy with wild dolphins transforms human brain waves, heart rate and hormones. The Dolphin is a model of the future of the Human Being.
